  1. EGS would digital Target Market within its Centralized Databank to 1:1  for procuring Target Direct Customers etc for its Strategic Partner requirements.
  1. The expected/threshold conversion ratio for procuring Customers mentioned in this Policy starts from  1% to 10% and above.
  1. The Strategic Partner would provide the feedback to EGS of his/her successful performance through either website or Proof of delivery document and email to EGS as” Proof of Delivery” document uploaded on EGS website


Replacement & Refund Policy

  1. In the event, if EGS is unable to deliver services to Strategic Partner after said three months , in that instance EGS would refund a 20%  amount to Strategic Partner from 50 % advance taken by Strategic Partner, as its administrative charges / Man Power time Invested hours excluding service tax ( as per EGS Refund Policy) ,which is subject to the time(Days or Months)  invested by EGS to already  rendered its Services to its Client /Customer/Strategic Partner.
  1. Refund Payment Method: If the payment was made by Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund to the Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account. The refund money will be credited into your account within 30 working days from day of cancellation.
  1.          EGS ,at its own discretion,reserves the right to either  reject or accept any                                  replacement/refund request.

How long do EGS takes to dispatch the services?

  1. We make our best efforts to dispatch your order within 3 working days post payment authorization.
  1. Time Frame Implementation of EGS: The contract period between EGS & Strategic Partner starts from First week of realization of payments from to EGS for Eleven Months.
  1. Interested Strategic Partner agrees to all the terms  & conditions  of   servicesmanaged/organized by EGS ,that he/she will follow all the Rules/Regulations and will not misbehave with any personnel or mentors of EGS.
  1. Ennate Global Services(EGS) and   its   officials/personnel   shall   not   be   held  responsible for any physical/material  damages  that  might incur during any event organized by EGS.


There would no obligation towards work and take care of each other’s respect and dignity.

Steps for Legal Documentation:

  1. EGS would sign a contract  1: 1 Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) /Service Level Agreement(SLA)/Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA) with its Strategic Partner.

Important Note:

2.For signing a contract with EGS “The Strategic Partner would sign the said “MOU” on atleast Rs. 100/-  stamp paper of his Country/state/District/Village and gets notarized.

a. For signing a contract with EGS “The Strategic Partner would sign the said “SLA” on Strategic Partner’s Company’s or institution signatures on letterhead with company seal on it.

b. For signing a contract with EGS “The Strategic Partner would sign the said “NDA” on Strategic Partner’s Company’s or institutionsignatures on letterhead with company seal on it.

c   In event, if said percentage of Booking charges  of EGS services is unacceptable by the Strategic Partner, then,  It is at his/her own  discretion/decision , for this, the Strategic Partner has the option to register  the above said documents in Court .

For this, all charges (example: legal registration of MOU/SLA, NDA, notary etc.),  in respective Country/state/District/Village in Honourable Court ,would be borne by Strategic Partner.

In the event, if EGS  render services for  Strategic partner, he/she  would remit a non -refundable in advance & remit Rs. 5, 000+ Service taxes to EGS Bank account towards .The service charges may increase for legal & administrative , documentation etc charges, as per demand of project.


EGS is proud to use Pay You(Pay u money) Payments Pvt. Ltd. and PayPal Pte. Ltd as our payment gateway partners for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Do you deliver Internationally?

International delivery is not currently  available .However, in some cases, The availability International services  depends on opting your nature of EGS service’s .and will be time to time updated on the website.You may contact at for more information or call us at 0120-4214442.


EGS Hire’r Policy:

Hire’r could avail EGS seats  sharing to utilize services  (except Sundays,Public  National Holidays & Bank Holidays) either at

Option 1)  $6.00 per hour + 15% Service Taxes.

Option 2 ) $61 per month per seat on rent/lease  with computer+ 15% Service Taxes.,(the hire’r would deposit 1 month refundable advance + 1 Month advance Rent/Lease) to EGS i.e. hiree,at Hiree’s office premises in sector-11, Noida.


Extras Information-T & C’s:

a.The electricity and water charges would be borne by the “Hire’r”.

b.All Legal documentation charges would be borne by the “Hire’r”.

c. The Hire’r employee’s salary or wages costs  would be borne by ” Hire’r”

d. To avoid either any no show or last minute chaos /rush , Hire’r can book EGS Services    One Month in advance

e. A Legal 11(eleven) month contract would be signed between EGS and Hire’r.

f. In the event, if EGS  render extra services for  Hirer’r, Hirer’r, would remit a non -refundable in advance & remit Rs. 4, 000+ Service taxes to EGS Bank account towards .The service charges may increase for legal & administrative , documentation etc charges, as per demand of project/situation.
