15% Service Taxes.
2. Rent/Lease service commission of Commercial/Industrial Property is 60

days + 15% Service Taxes.
3. The Turn around time(Delivery of service) would be calculated from the date of

meeting and finalization and finalization with Lessor.
4. This is valid for Delhi/NCR only.
5. EGS would sign a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU)/Service Level

Agreement(SLA) for 11 Months with your company including scope of

work.
6. 20% Booking amount of your Total Budget(INR) as Service Charges + 15%

Service Taxes.

 

P.S. (For Lessee’s)

Option a)

If Total value of Rent/Lease of Lessee’s requirement is above Rs. 1,00,000  per month: (Normal case)

EGS average 30 days service charges + 15% Service Taxes would charged from Lessee of Total Value of deal and remit money to EGS at once.

Option b)

If Total value of Rent/Lease of Lessee’s requirement is above Rs. 1,00,000 per month: (Specific Case)

P.S. (For Lessee’s)

Option a)

If Total value of Rent/Lease of Lessee’s requirement is above Rs. 1,00,000 per month: (Normal case) EGS average 30 days service charges + 15% Service Taxes would charged from Lessee of Total Value of deal and remit money to EGS at once.

 

Option b)

If Total value of Rent/Lease of Lessee’s requirement is above Rs. 1,00,000 per month: (Specific Case)

EGS average 30 days service charges + 15% Service Taxes would be charged from Lessee of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS in first installment(EMI). The remaining 15 days of service charges to EGS , The lessor can remit in equal (EMI) installment (to reduce his/her burden) in stipulated time , as agreed by EGS & Lessee.

 

Option c) If Total value of Rent/Lease of Lessee’s requirement is below Rs. 1,00,000 per month: (Normal case) EGS average 45 days service charges + 15% Service Taxes would be charged from Lessee of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS at once.

Option d): If Total value of Rent/Lease of Lessor ’s property is below Rs. 50,000 per month: (Specific Case)

 

EGS average 45 days service charges + 15% Service Taxes would charge from Lessee of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS in first installment(EMI). The remaining 15 days service charge to EGS,The Lessor can remit in equal (EMI) installment (to reduce his/her burden) in stipulated time , as agreed by EGS & Lessee.

 

 

Property buyer to buy

Terms & Conditions

Ennate Global Services(EGS) Service Charges :

  1. Below one crore- 2%-5% of the total value of property + 15 %Service Taxes
  2. Above one crore- 1%-3% of the total value of property + 15% Service Taxes
  3. The Turn around time(Delivery of service) would be calculated from the date of meeting and finalization with Seller.
  4. This is valid for Delhi/NCR only.
  5. EGS would sign a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU)/Service Level

Agreement(SLA) for 11 Months with your company including scope of work.
6. 20% Booking amount of your Total Budget(INR) as Service Charges + 15%

Service Taxes.

If Total value of property is above 1 Crore: (Normal case) EGS average 2 % service charges + 15% Service Taxes would charged from Buyer of Total Value of deal and remit money to EGS at once.

Option b): If Total value of property is above 1 Crore : (Specific Case)

EGS average 2 % service charges + 15% Service Taxes would be charged from Buyer of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS in first installment(EMI).

The remaining 1% of service charges to EGS , The Buyer can remit in equal (EMI) installment (to reduce his/her burden) in stipulated time , as agreed by EGS & Buyer.

Option c):

If Total value of property is below 1 Crore: (Normal case) EGS average 3 % service charges + 15% Service Taxes would be charged from Buyer of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS at once.

Option d): If Total value of property is below 1 Crore : (Specific Case)

EGS average 3 % service charges + 15% Service Taxes would charge from Buyer of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS in first installment(EMI).

The remaining 2% service charge to EGS,The Buyer can remit in equal (EMI) installment (to reduce his/her burden) in stipulated time , as agreed by EGS & Buyer.

Property Seller to Sell

Ennate Global Services(EGS) Service Charges :

  1. Rent/Lease commission services of Residential Properties is for 60 days + 15%

EGS average 2 % service charges + 15% Service Taxes would be charged from seller of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS in first installment(EMI).

The remaining 1% of service charges to EGS , The seller can remit in equal (EMI) installment (to reduce his/her burden) in stipulated time , as agreed by EGS & Buyer.

Option c): If Total value of property is below 1 Crore: (Normal case)

EGS average 3 % service charges + 15% Service Taxes would be charged from seller of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS at once.

 

Option d): If Total value of property is below 1 Crore : (Specific Case)

EGS average 3 % service charges + 15% Service Taxes would charge from seller of Total Value of deal and remit service charges to EGS in first installment(EMI).

The remaining 2% service charge to EGS,The  can remit in equal (EMI) installment (to reduce his/her burden) in stipulated time , as agreed by EGS & Seller.
